· Rates apply to (4) guests per cottage. $10.00 for each additional person or child per night. Max (6) people per cottage. Pet Fee: $5.00 per pet per night.

Cancellation policy: A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 30 days before your stay. One night stay will be charged for cancellations made within 30-25 days of reservation. Full reservation will be charged for no shows and cancellations within 5 days.

· Long term RV Sites may be available. Please call to discuss availability and rates.

· Daily and weekly rates include: basic power, water, sewer and cable if available.

· Monthly rates do not include power for electric heat or air conditioning. There will be an electrical surcharge for and/or a meter reading added to your bill. Propane is highly recommended and encouraged.

· Wireless Internet is available: $5.00 per weekend or $10.00 per month.

· Rates apply to (4) guests per night. Add $5.00 for each additional person/child per night,(6) people max.

· Pet Fee: $5.00 for each pet per night. (2) Dogs maximum please. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. Please use the upper boat parking area for potty walks and please dispose in the blue dumpster.

· With prior permission you may use a tent within your RV site. Each tent will be charged $12.50 per night if placed within your site. If you wish to use an additional RV site, you will be charged $30.00 per night. Please make prior arrangements with management. We do not allow tent stakes to secure tents to the ground, as there are many water pipes near the surface. Heavy bags inside your tent work well.

*CAMP FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT RV SITES*

There is a common fire pit area near the boat launch for everybody to enjoy.

Quite hours are 10:30pm – 8:00am
